The participants should report at the venue and register their name along with copy of the birth certificate at least one hour before commencement of their item. All participants will be informed 15 days
in advance about the date and venue of the event and change in the programme, if any |

For group items, number of participants including persons accompanying should not be more than 15. |
|
|
Live and recorded CD of songs will be allowed for all classical/cinematic dances. |
|
|
Participants will have to make arrangements for conveyance at their own cost. |
|
|
Outstation participants will be provided free accomodation (dormitory
type), however limited to the participant and one escort. |
|
|
Eligibility for Kala Tilak/Kala Pratibha shall be only from participants of Classical
Dance & Music. |
|
|
All participants will be given Certificates, which can be collected from
the registration counter. For group items, participants are requested to
furnish their names in a separate sheet enclosed with the original entry
form, enabling the organising committee to prepare the certificates. |
|
|
The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any item, if the
performance is not up to the requisite and desired standards or
inadequacy of participants or any other disorder. |
|
|
Participants are solely responsible for the safety and of their valuables.
Kerala Samajam Durg-Bhilai will in no way be responsible for any
loss/damage. |
|
|
As far as possible prizes for each day shall be given away on the same day
by 8.00 PM or after the completion of events. |
|
|
Last date for receiving duly filled up entries is 30.11.2019. Limited Entries only. The Committee reserves the right to extend the last date of receiving entry forms if it feels necessary. |
|
|
|
Organising committee reserves the right to reject any entry form /
disallow any participants/accompaniment without assigning any
reason if it found necessary for the successful conduct of the
competition |
|
|
In any case entry fee shall not be refunded for whatsoever be the
reasons assigned. |
|
|
The decision of the judges shall be final and binding to all participants
and shall not be challenged. |
|
|
Disputes if any are subject to Durg Jurisdiction. |

Sector-5, Bhilai on or before 30.11.2019 alongwith
the prescribed fees either in cash or online
