18th All India Competition of Music, Dance and Chhattisgarhi Folk Dance 2025 :
Kerala Samajam, Durg, established in 1978, is a premier socio cultural
organization of Chhattisgarh. The objective of the Samajam is to promote and
uphold universal brotherhood, mutual trust and national integration with
special emphasis on cultural integration, without any barrier of religion,
caste, creed, social status and political inclinations or bias and has been
fostering a sense of fraternity amongst the people. Through the four
decades, the Samajam has grown into one of the biggest social organisations
of the region, with 2100 life member as its baseline.

All India Music, Dance and Chhattisagrhi Folk Dance Competition"
is open for Indian Classical dance forms like Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi,
Odissi, Mohiniattam, Kathak, Folk Dance (Group) and Free Style Group & Solo
Dance categories. On the musical front the competition is open for
classical music forms like Hindustani Light Music, Hindustani Classical,
Carnatic Light Music, Carnatic Classical, Patriotic group Song Instrumental
Music - Keyboard & Tabala (Classical) and Thiruvathira, Oppana, Margamkali
Group Dance (No age Limit) categories. Thousands of artists from various
parts of the country have successfully participated in the competition and
won laurels and went back with glorious memories.
The programme is Proposed to be held from 16th to 21st December 2025 at S.N.G, AC Auditorium, Str. No 29, Sector-4, Bhilai, Durg (C.G.). The venue at S.N.G, AC Auditorium is situated at 09 Kms distance from Railway Station DURG Junction on the Kolkata-Mumbai route, 09 Kms from the DURG Bus Stand and 40 Kms from Raipur Airport. DURG railway junction is connected with direct trains from almost all State capitals and is 4 hours journey from Nagpur, for which frequent Trains and Buses are available.
